Professionally, I serve as a Special Education Counselor for Bryan Independent School District, where I work closely with students from diverse backgrounds, helping them build the tools and resilience necessary to navigate life's challenges and opportunities.

In addition to my work in education, I am an Executive Leadership Consultant with a passion for bridging the gap between graduation and professional success. I believe that academic achievement alone is not enough to thrive in today's workplace. Success often depends on mastering the "soft skills" that foster strong relationships, effective communication, and professional growth.

Through coaching, consulting, and leadership development programs, I help students and emerging professionals strengthen key competencies, including social interdependence and team dynamics, performance strategies for managing high-pressure situations, leadership communication, ethical decision-making, and professional development planning.
